Standard Warranty
Heritage Safe Co. offers as its standard warranty a lifetime guarantee that includes:
- Repair or replacement of damage to safe from forced entry, forced attack, or fire damage
- Rust protection
- Repair or replacement of damaged lock
Subject to the conditions of this warranty, your safe will be repaired or replaced free of charge. The safe will be repaired on site if possible; however, if factory repair or replacement is necessary just return the damaged safe by prepaid freight along with a timely police report (in the case of damage from attack or fire). Heritage Safe Co. will ship your new or repaired safe back to you FREE OF CHARGE, curbside delivery. See warranty for complete details.
Extended Warranty
How do you improve upon the industry’s best warranty? With the industry’s best extended warranty. Available as an upgrade to your current warranty or with your new purchase, the Heritage Safe Co.’s extended warranty includes lifetime coverage for:
- In-home repair of manufacturing defects or of malfunctioning components
- Elimination of rust
- Paint repair
- Malfunction of mechanical lock
- Repair or replacement guarantee
In the event that the safe needs to be returned for repair or replacement, FREE FREIGHT both to and from the factory is included.

Warranty Service That's More Than Just Talk
“Last December my husband and I bought a safe to protect our valuables. All was well until we tried to get in it a few months later and couldn’t. At Heritage Safe Company, Carol immediately assured us that the problem would be checked. Within just a few days a locksmith was located and the lock was assessed. When it was determined that the lock could not be fixed nor replaced without some loss of aesthetics, a new safe was ordered. When we asked about changing the type of lock, we were assured that that would be no problem and were graciously assisted in making those changes, and when there was a question about the type and color of finish that we had, samples were shipped for our verification. When the new safe was ready, Carol handled all of the arrangements for the pickup of the first safe and the delivery of the new safe. Even though the defective lock was not the fault of Heritage Safes, Carol and the customer service department of Heritage Safes were there for us. They bent over backwards to ensure that our problem was dealt with as quickly as possible and did so without hesitation.
